Uzima Milele (Health Forever) is Mama Africa Pendo comprehensive health and wellness program, with a special focus on mental health. Life in informal settlements comes with unique stressors: poverty, overcrowding, unemployment, gender-based violence, and limited access to healthcare. Our Mental Health Awareness Day creates a safe, judgment-free space.
